To make your sony ericsson phone can apply modify, one you need is change certificate from RED to BROWN.
Software to change it called Omnius. look in here
This tutorial will explain step by step change certificate from RED to BROWN using Omnius.
What you need?
1. Computer with internet connections
2. Sony Ericsson Phone and standart cable data (DCU-60 or DCU-65)
3. Omnius software Installer. get in omnius-server.com this include usb flash drive
4. Register for Omnius acount and buy Credit, because Omnius not free at this moment.
STEP 1
Install Omnius in your computer and also install usb flash drive.
Make sure you have good internet connections and good cable data conditions.
STEP 2
Choose your sony ericsson phone model like in picture
Go to "Setting" to input your account and may be set-up your connections

Click "Advanced" and select your actions. In this sections we select "Replace FW security certificate" hit OK.
New windows opened. Select "Brown certificate" to make your sony ericsson phone can aply patch, gfx patch, elf, etc.

After you hit OK.. It will show interface like in picture below.
You can see some instructions. Now press and hold "2" and "5" button in your sony ericsson phone, and connect cable data from phone to computer.

During converting you can see some text, like OTP status, sending loader, product status, etc..
Just focus to last "Effective colour" like in picture (red arow).
If it success and done, your phone effective colour (certificate) will become BROWN.
